WNXL-6系列超細微粉分離機組采用濕法分離，長錐可變底溢流口設計，具有超細分級、濃縮脫水、提純除雜功能。該分離機組設計中采用多級多壓多種規(guī)格分離，可集多種分離機于一體，具有占地小、能耗低、配置靈活的特點。結(jié)構(gòu)上采用無盲區(qū)大角度引流漸開線方式，進漿濃度高、處理量大、分級精度好、成品流失量低。材料上采用20#鋼/304/304L/316/316L/襯氟等為殼體，配合公司專門研制的多規(guī)格分離管，具有優(yōu)異的耐磨損、耐腐蝕、抗老化、抗水解性。
